Flipbook: The Bridge of Quiet Hearts

 


Hi peeps!

I’m back with my new journal! Recently, I just made a flipbook story with the title The Bridge of Quiet Hearts. And I want to share my story's outline here. 


A.     Introduction

1.       Characters   :

a.       Alana; a kind, coward girl who dreams of exploring the world

b.       Javier; a cheerful, funny, calming, and talkative young man

c.       Aiden (Alana’s brother); a kind and responsible young man but careless towards himself

d.       The suspicious guide (Mr. Ben); a quiet and serious person, he looks rude but he is actually protective

2.       Place            : Alana and Javier live in a town. While Aiden lives in a small village near Moonlight Bridge; a mysterious and legendary area that surrounded by forest and hills, to run his work as a volunteer there.

3.       Time            : This story runs in modern time; morning traffic with motorbikes, cars, and buses; foggy early mornings, silent evenings and only nature sounds.

 

B.      Rising Action

Aiden works in a small village which far from the town. One day, Alana receives a letter from stranger. That letter says: “I’m stuck near Moonlight Bridge. Please come… but don’t come alone”. Alana sure that letter is from her brother and she goes there with Javier.

 

C.      Climax

Alana and Javier go to the village by bus. When they arrived in that village, they walking through quiet road. They don’t know the direction into Moonlight Bridge and they ask to a villager where the right road is. Then there is a villager offers to guide them the road into Moonlight Bridge, but this villager looks suspicious. He just quiet and serious while guide Alana and Javier into Moonlight Bridge. The guide invites them to walk through a forest maze.

 

When they arrived at Moonlight Bridge, Aiden was exhausted and hurt. They start to go back but the path to go back is blocked by a landslide. Alana slipped and almost fall into the river. Then Javier saves her and shows how much he cares on her.

 

D.     Falling Action

After Javier saves Alana, they find temporary shelter and help Aiden to rest. The suspicious guide returns and admits that he only wanted to protect them from the legend of Moonlight Bridge. He shows them a safer way out of the forest. On the way back, Aiden explains how the storm and broken path trapped him. As the rain stops and the forest becomes calmer, Alana and Javier begin to grow closer, walking side by side with a quiet understanding. When they finally reach the village, the danger has passed, and the problems begin to settle.

 

E.      Resolution

Alana and Javier return to the town with Aiden. They feel the town is softer after facing a danger together. At a quiet spot in the town park, Javier finally confesses his feelings.
Alana holds his hand, and accepting Javier become her partner in her life.

Are Wireless Earbuds Really Worth the Hype?

  Hi peeps! Wireless earbuds are everywhere nowadays. You see them in ads, on the bus, at the gym. Almost everyone seems to own a pair. But are they really worth it, or just another trend? I recently tried a mid-range pair of wireless earbuds. I noticed that wireless earbuds is easy to use , they connect to my phone in just seconds. No messy wires, no tangles. It has a good sound , the music was clear, and the bass was surprisingly strong. And the last is it comfortable fit , I wore them for more than an hour without pain. But there is several things that must be fixed. The first thing is battery life , just around 4 hours per charge. Not bad, but not amazing either. Wireless earbuds also easy to lose , they’re small, if you are forgetful, you might misplace them. The last thing is price . Some brands are still quite expensive compared to wired headphones.
